Free trial
A new account's first plan starts with a free trial. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged.
Subscriptions
Plans are paid monthly or yearly in advance. Payments are not refunded for a period already started, except where the law requires it or when a payment was taken by mistake (for example, charged twice).
How to ask
Send a request from Help in the app, choosing "Billing", with the payment's date and amount. We answer within five working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
