A simple approval workflow that stops posting mistakes

A wrong price, a broken link or a post on the wrong client's account can cost more than a week of good content earns. Most of these mistakes have the same cause: nobody else looked before it went out.
Give everyone the right role
Not everyone on a team needs the same access. Social Muse uses three levels in each workspace:
- Managers run the workspace and approve posts.
- Editors create and schedule content.
- Viewers can see what is planned and published, without changing it.
Give people the lowest level that lets them do their job. It keeps accidents small.
Decide what needs approval
Approving every post slows everyone down. A good rule: anything with a price, an offer, a date, a legal claim or a customer's name gets a second look. Everyday tips and behind-the-scenes posts can go straight to the schedule.
Make approval part of the flow
When an editor sends a post for approval, the manager sees it in Approvals, checks it, and chooses Approve or Send back. Approved posts publish at their scheduled time. Nothing waits in someone's email.
Agencies: one workspace per client
Keep each client in their own workspace, with their own connected accounts, team and AI memory. It is the simplest way to make sure a post meant for one client never appears on another's page.
Check what went out
Once a week, look at what was published and what failed. Failures usually point to an expired connection or a platform rule, and fixing them early keeps the calendar running.
A clear role for everyone and a second look at the posts that matter. That is all it takes to stop most posting mistakes.
